Efficient Implementation of Company Full Coaching Programmes

Ten years ago I feel that although we made great progress we also made some mistakes which I would encourage organisations to be aware of when deciding to venture down the ‘coaching’ route.

1. Ensure coaching starts at the top and is supported by the ‘top’!

Many organisations are recognising that coaching is a skill that all managers ladies and teams must surely have.
